Michelle has 25+ years of providing financial leadership and strategic vision to early-stage and high-growth organizations. She operates as a strategic and operational partner to the organization, thrives in chaos, and excels in connecting the dots to drive business growth. Her expertise lies in scaling businesses, closing and integrating mergers and acquisitions (on both the buy and sell side), and integrating diverse teams.
